Back Squat @ 80% of 1RM

10 Minute AMRAP
20 Wall Balls 9/6kg
20 AKB'S 32/24kg
1 Deadlift @ 1.5 x Body weight 

E2MOM for 10 minutes
1 Legless Rope Climb, Weighted if possible
if legless isn't achievable increase the reps to 3 for each round.
